2. Educational Purpose

Pleasure Pathways is an educational platform only. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, psychological therapy, counselling, or any form of regulated health treatment.

3. Membership & Payment

Memberships are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at the discretion of Pleasure Pathways. Membership access is personal and non-transferable.

4. Community Standards

Members agree to engage respectfully in community spaces. Harassment, hate speech, sharing of others' personal information, or any content that violates Australian law is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, audio recordings, worksheets, and written materials are the intellectual property of Pleasure Pathways. Members may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Pleasure Pathways is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this platform or its content.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.
